We currently deliver across Denmark and selected European countries.

All NUUR products are carefully packed to maintain quality during transport. Fresh products are shipped using insulated packaging designed to help maintain product quality during transport.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Local Pick-Up

Customers also have the option to collect their order from our Copenhagen Pick-Up Point during opening hours.

A confirmation email will be sent when the order is ready for collection.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, we are unable to accept returns of food and beverage products once they have been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the product so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
